California
Self Employed and Needing to Refinance
In the past I have
had trouble getting loans and refinancing on my
home. I am self employed and I don't show a great
deal of income. The banks tell me I don't have enough
credit history and I don't demonstrate enough income
to qualify for a home loan. |

Self
Employed and Need $50,000 from my home.
|
|
I am self employed
and I recently acquired some extra high interest credit
card debt that I need to get rid of. I have had much
difficulty acquiring a second mortgage loan from the
local banks and I really need some help. I have equity
in my home but because I'm self employed the banks see
me as a higher risk. All I really need is around $50,000
to pay off the high interest card debt to get back on
track.

Two
Years of Self Employed Tax Returns.
|
| I
was told that I need two years of self employed tax returns
where I show good income to acquire a home refinance loan.
Do you have the same requirement for me to get a home
loan. Although we do have the two years of tax returns
we really haven't showed much income as we have a fairly
new business. |
